Welcome to The Snug – a place of friendship and fun. The Snug was established 2021 and it has that Cheers feel. Our ethos in both Rassasy & The Snug is love local and that includes you!
Our array of local beverages support the great Sussex producers we have in this county. We are proud to work closely with Hepworth, Goldmark, Hand Brew, The Gun Brewery, With Love Brewery, Hunts Sussex cider, Slake gins, Cabin Fever, Ripping Yarn, Spirit of the Downs and Ditchling fling vodka, Ringden farm soft drinks.
Having the relationship between the bar and the deli means we have a plethora of delicious foods at our disposal. Friday Night is Pizza Night which is proving exceptionally popular with Rassasy-made unique pizza sauce to complement the cooked-to-order pizzas made from the delicious foods in the deli.
Our sharing platters are exceptional and can be enjoyed from 12:00 pm onwards each day. Share a cheese board of local cheeses, a charcuterie board or a seafood platter, to mention but a few.
