The Snug
Welcome to The Snug – a place of friendship and fun. The Snug was established 2021 and is frequently likened to Cheers.
Our ethos in both Rassasy & The Snug is love local and that incorporate you! Our array of local beverages support the great Sussex producers we have in this county. Working with Hepworth, Goldmark, The Hand and Langhams brewery, Hunts Sussex cider, Slake gins, Cabin Fever, Ripping Yarn, Spirit of the Downs and Ditchling fling vodka, Ringden farm soft drinks, we are proud to share their produce with you.
Being a farm shop, deli and microbar, we have a plethora of delicious foods at our disposal for The Snug. Friday Night is Pizza Night is proving exceptionally popular with Rassasy-made unique pizza sauce to complement the cooked-to-order pizzas made from the delicious foods in the deli. Saturday is soon to be introducing Seafood Saturdays, using the foods on offer in the shop. Menu available from April 2024
Our sharing platters are exceptional and made to order. Share a cheese board of local cheeses, a charcuterie board, Brazilian cheesebreads, anchovies and sourdough or even pre-order a fish platter, packed with crab, crevettes, green-lipped mussels, smoked salmon and a rassasy-made prawn cocktail. Somethings are not to be missed.
