    Rassasy & The Snug is passionate about quality food and its provenance. It has been said by someone far wiser than us that to eat is a necessity, but to eat intelligently is an art. Sourcing the produce is something we take seriously. We believe that any table, at any time of day, and in any situation, should be decorated with food that enhances your life and that of your guests. After all, if you want to make a friend, go to someone’s house and eat with them. The people who give you their food, give you their heart.

    Welcome to Rassasy

    Rassasy means to satisfy your guests’ hunger. Within the warmth of Rassasy & The Snug, we believe in the simple pleasures of life. The simplest pleasure of all is food. Our deli holds a great array of Rassasy-made produce such as salad boxes, hampers, quiche, salt beef, sausage rolls, scones and made to order sandwiches. We offer bespoke cheese boxes for you to take away and deli boxes to picnic with.

    At Rassasy & The Snug we celebrate the brilliance of Sussex. In The Snug, we have a menu designed to sing the quality of the products in our deli. Cheese boards to sample with a smooth English wine. Charcuterie boards to show off the excellence of the Sussex producers. Fish platters to satisfy any guest, and an array of sharing platters to nibble on whilst you chat with a friend.

A wonderfully indulgent selection of local cheeses, chutneys, honey and Sparkling wine, my mother can enjoy a tasty cheese board with her feet up! Beautifully packed and wrapped in time for mother's day. Rassasy boasts a local feel and a family run environment, providing live music and a little feel of Tuscany, nestled away in the tiny village of Ferring love them a lot!

    Don’t hesitate!! I had a fantastic experience with Rassasy Deli over the Christmas period! I live overseas and wanted to send a hamper to my mum and nan in Worthing. After a few e-mails, Anya put together the perfect selection and hand delivered the hamper to my family -much to their delight. Great communication, great selection of goodies and Anya was just lovely. I will absolutely order from Rassasy again and will visit when in the area!

    Wonderful service from Anya and the team. I rang to organise a hamper for my son's birthday...the process was easy and the hamper lovely with a picture of the final product before it was all wrapped up for delivery. My son was delighted and loved all of the contents. Can't wait to visit the deli in person to sample things myself - we live in North Yorkshire so it's on the list for when we visit the south coast

    Having bought a deli box and veggie box for Christmas, cannot thank Anya and Mike enough, for the selection , freshness and variety of meats ,cheeses, pies, quiches and salads in there delicious deli box. It was very well received my family. Also a thank you for the veggie box , again ,a lovely selection of really fresh veggies. I still buy my veggies, and deli goodies there. Would highly recommend . And thank you to all the staff for their helpful and friendly service.

    Stopped by on Tuesday afternoon, had some wine, sat in the sun and enjoyed stunning charcuterie and cheese boards between the four of us. We really could have been on our hols abroad - it was like a little slice of heaven. Fortunately for us this is in our own village. Well done Mike, Anya and family …. just superb !
